04/25/2023

Whether you’re interested in learning about managing health conditions for yourself, supporting your peers or changing health systems to improve outcomes for everyone, this session will arm you with knowledge to take action in the health areas that are important to you.

Join us as two world-leading patient advocates share their personal experiences creating organizations and then global movements that are increasing awareness and action for diseases that are invisible until they become more serious.

Lisa Salberg, inspired and driven by personal experience, has spent 20-years improving lives impacted by and bringing awareness to Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) which is the leading cause of death in athletes and has received media attention due to several unexpected and high-profile deaths in the past years.

Wayne Eskridge, also driven by personal experience, has built the Fatty Liver Foundation to create pathways to reduce stigma and increase early detection and treatment for Fatty Liver, a condition believed to impact one in three people around the world.
